The Pastoral Council, in co-operation with the priests of the parish is responsible for pastoral care of the people of Saint Joseph's. The Council is involved in the decision-making process for the parish as an advisory body.
The Pastoral Council members are available to receive the ideas, inquiries, and concerns of the parishioners. Members are drawn from among active participants in the liturgical and community life of the parish, with regard to diversity of talents and skills, interests, nationalities, and age groups.
